Where you control personal data in website content and visitor insights, you instruct As Considered to host, deliver, secure, back up and provide the selected features for the duration of your account. Data may concern your visitors, contacts and people represented in your content. Do not upload special-category data unless you have a lawful basis and the service is suitable for your obligations.

We process only on your documented instructions, including these terms and your product settings, unless law requires otherwise. We require confidentiality, apply appropriate technical and organisational security measures, restrict access, and assist with rights requests, breaches, impact assessments and regulator enquiries as reasonably required. We will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach affecting data we process for you.

You authorise the infrastructure subprocessors identified in our Privacy notice and maintained register. We impose equivalent data protection obligations and remain responsible for our subprocessors’ performance of those obligations. We will give advance notice of material new subprocessors and a reasonable opportunity to object on data protection grounds. If an objection cannot be resolved, you may end the affected service with an unused-service refund.

We provide information reasonably necessary to demonstrate compliance and support proportionate audits subject to confidentiality and safeguards for other customers. At the end of service we return or delete personal data on your instruction, except legally required retention, restricted preservation holds and backup expiry. International transfers must use appropriate legal safeguards. Contact us to obtain the current subprocessor and security register before relying on this agreement for a regulated use.
